1. About Beauxier

Beauxier supplies certified loose moissanite gemstones, educational resources and business support for jewellers and aspiring jewellery entrepreneurs. Throughout these Terms, "Beauxier", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Beauxier.

2. Products

All gemstones sold by Beauxier are carefully sourced, inspected and certified according to our own quality standards.

As every gemstone is unique, slight variations in colour, dimensions and appearance may occur. Product images are provided for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the stone you receive.

- Lifetime Stone Warranty Unexpected Breakage Covered: every Beauxier Moissanite is covered for unexpected breakage during reasonable use. Our warranty covers the new stone, but not third-party jewellery repair, resetting or manufacturing costs.

3. Certification

Each Beauxier-certified moissanite is accompanied by certification confirming it has met our quality standards.

Our certification reflects Beauxier's independent grading and quality assessment and should not be interpreted as certification issued by a third-party gemmological laboratory unless explicitly stated.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are shown in the selected currency and may be subject to taxes, duties or import charges depending on your location.

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes applicable within their country.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.

6. Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase.

If you wish to return an unused gemstone, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Stones must be returned in their original condition, including all certification and packaging.

Beauxier reserves the right to refuse returns where products have been damaged, altered or used.

Educational products, digital downloads and online courses are non-refundable once access has been provided.

7. Business Blueprint & Educational Content

Any business guidance, templates, educational materials or courses provided by Beauxier are for educational purposes only.

While we share proven strategies and practical knowledge, we cannot guarantee business success, profitability or financial results. Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

All course materials remain the intellectual property of Beauxier and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced or resold without written permission.

8. Partner Jewellers

Beauxier works with selected independent jewellers and craftspeople.

Where customers commission jewellery from an independent partner, the contract for manufacture remains between the customer and the jeweller unless otherwise agreed. Beauxier is responsible only for the gemstones supplied by us.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, branding, logos, certification designs, text, graphics and educational materials are owned by Beauxier unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauxier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing within these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
